Electronically signing a document ensures the integrity of the information contained within it, the date and time the operation was carried out and who signed it.
Allows the electronic signature (identification and proof of an act of will) to be attributed safely to a specific signer. The procedure is the same, the difference is that the certificate has been issued by a Certification Authority.

Getting started with Smart Sign
Step 1
Click on the Enter button, you will be asked for some basic data and a validation of your email.
Step 2
Once inside the application you will have a basic role to receive documents, view them and sign them. If you want to attach your own documents, you will have a help to update your role to administrator. With the free option you can access all the functions with a limited number of documents.
Step 3
You can now start using the platform!! Create folders, upload documents, sign them and share them with your contacts. The system is totally intuitive, but you will also have extensive help consisting of frequently asked questions, tutorials, videos, which will guide you through the system.
